Lately: Health

This has been my Breakfast/Lunch the last few days. Raw porridge: My sister introduced me to it. It's a mixture of Chia seeds, raw buckwheat, blueberries, Gojiberries, Maca Powder, cacao, seven mushroom powder and water. I feel like a superhero after eating it!

The *late* transition into spring has given me more energy & motivation to get extremely healthy again. The last 2 months I've been on-again-off-again vegan/gluten-free/no refined sugars. Lately I am trying a mostly Vegan, Gluten-Free and Refined-Sugar-Free diet. I've got back into my routine of doing 45min-1hr of Yoga every morning followed by a ~45minute run. Feeling great & sunshine are my motivation!

Hike Slocan Lake/Kalso

Last weekend was marvelously sunny and spring-like feeling *finally!*
My Mom and I hiked Saturday & Sunday <3 Spring hiking is limited because of the snow level but the snow covered mountains offer incredible views and contrast against the blue sky. Love it. Here are some of the photos:
