Lately: Health

This has been my Breakfast/Lunch the last few days. Raw porridge: My sister introduced me to it. It's a mixture of Chia seeds, raw buckwheat, blueberries, Gojiberries, Maca Powder, cacao, seven mushroom powder and water. I feel like a superhero after eating it!

The *late* transition into spring has given me more energy & motivation to get extremely healthy again. The last 2 months I've been on-again-off-again vegan/gluten-free/no refined sugars. Lately I am trying a mostly Vegan, Gluten-Free and Refined-Sugar-Free diet. I've got back into my routine of doing 45min-1hr of Yoga every morning followed by a ~45minute run. Feeling great & sunshine are my motivation!
